2) Camera-Based Additional Services: When you grant camera Permissions, you can use this feature to take photos for uploading profile pictures, submit i m ages for feedback, and scan QR codes to add devices you have purchased. Please note that even after you have g ranted camera access, we will only use the camera to obtain information when you actively choose to scan codes or take photos.You can turn off the camera permission in your mobile device's system sett ings to stop us from accessing your camera information.

3) Photo/Video Library Access & Upload Services:If you grant access to your photo/video library, you may upload photos/images/videos to: scan QR codes for adding purchased devices, update your profile avatar, or provide visual evidence when reporting device issues. Please note that when using thes e features, we do not identify or process the content of your media for other purposes. However, if you submit a device issue report, we will utilize the uploaded photos/images solely to di agnose and resolve the specific problem you have described.You can revoke the photo and video permission in your mobile device's system settings to stop us fr om accessing your photo album.

4) Storage Permission-Based Additional Services: We request access to your Device's storage to ensure the stable operation of the application. After you grant us permission to read/write to your Device storage, we may access or save images, files, and crash log information from/to your device storage. This is solely for the purposes of enabling content publishing features and locally recording crash logs for troubleshooting and stability improvements.You can turn off the storage permission in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from reading and writing your system files.

5) SMS-Based Additional Services: During account registration, password recovery, or password change processes, we will send an SMS verification code to your provided mobile number to verify your identity. You may grant our application permission to read this SMS content for the sole purpose of automatically populating the verification code. Please note that we do not collect or store any content from your SMS messages.

6) Microphone-Based Additional Services: You can enable Microphone access to use two-way audi o co mmuni cati on with compatible smart Devices (visual pet feeders and interactive pet robots) and for short audi o recording features. Please note that e ven if you have granted microphone permission, we will only access audio information when you actively enter the device control interface and use the intercom function. You can turn off the microphone permission in your mobile device ' s system settings to stop us from accessing your microphone.

7) Household Information: You can create households through the Me - Household Management - Create Household function by providing details such as household name, Location, and room information. This facilitates home-level and room-level management of your automated devices. Please note that you may modify your household and room information at any time. You can disable the location service in your mobile device's system to stop our collection of your location information.You can disable location services in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from collecting your location information.

8) Bluetooth Permission-Based Additional Services:The Android version of DOUDOU PET App requires Bluetooth Permissions to co ntrol and support Bluetooth smart devices. These permissions are used to search for, pair with, and connect to nearby Bluetooth Devices, and to enable data communication for remote control, status synchronization, and firmware updates. Similarly, the iOS v ersion requires access to your Bluetooth to connect and control Bluetooth smart devices. This permission is used solely for establishing connections and communicating with authorize d devices and will not be used for any other purposes.You can turn off the Bluetooth switch and Bluetooth permission in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from using your Bluetooth hardware.

9) Device Status Permission-Based Additional Services:The primary purpose of requesting this permission is to obtai n the Device's unique identifier. This is used t o identify the user's device, enable log information analysis, and improve the stability and robustness of the App.You can turn off the permission to read call status and mobile network information in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from collecting device status.

10) Overlay Window Permission-Based Additional Services:The Android version requests this permission to allow DOUDOU PET App to display mi ni overlay Windows above other applications. This feature is designed to provide a convenient multitasking experience, allowing you to quickly check the status of s mart devices or perform quick controls while using other applications. You can disable this permission at any time in your system settings.You can disable this permission at any tim e in the system settings for the floating window permission.

11) Local Network Permission-Based Additional Services:When you need to use the iOS version of DOUDOU PET App to control smart devices on the same Wi-Fi network a s your home, we require local network permission. This permission is used to discover smart devices within the local area network and establi sh stable, low-latency connectio ns with them for local control, thereby improving device response speed. We will not use this permission to probe other de vices on the network or for any unrelated data collection.You can turn off the local network permission in your mobile device's system settings to stop us from accessing local network information.

12) Additional Services Based on Wi-Fi Information: When you enable relevant permissions through system authorization and use services based on WiFi networks, we collect and use Wi-Fi network information to allow the DOUDOU PET App to discover and manage smart devices, enabling functions such as device provisioning and control. This includes obtaining currently connected Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, and signal strength) and scanning to retrieve a list of surrounding Wi-Fi networks. You can turn off the Wi-Fi switch in your mobile device's system to stop us from accessing surrounding Wi-Fi- related information.

You understand and agree that the aforementioned additional services require you to enable access permissions for Location (geographic Location), camera, Microphone, photo library, Device status, Bluetooth, overlay Windows, local network on your Device, and Wi-Fi information. This enables the collection and use of information related to these permissions. You can check the status of each permission in your device settings and decide at any time whether to enable or disable them.

Please note that if you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services, once you close any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization, we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we cannot provide you w ith the services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to close permissions will not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.

Mobile Device Information:When you interact with compatible smart terminal products, we automatically collect the following data: Device model, unique Device identifier (a string programmed into the Device by the manufacturer to serve as its unique identity), Android ID, login IP address, firmware version number, log data, wireless connection details, mobile network information, operati ng system type, and operati ng system version.

Smart Terminal Status Information:When you interact with connected terminal devices through our services, we may collect specific operational data, including: Device activation time, Device name, Device ID, connection duration, upgrade records, online/offline status, and operational parameters for specific Device categories. For lighting Devices, this i ncludes on/off state, brightness level, color value, and color temperature; for smart pet feeders, this i ncludes power status and feeding event records.

Location Information: When you enable the location functionality through system authorization and use Location-based Services, we collect and use your Location information to facilitate the network configuration process between the DOUDOU PET App and your smart devices. Additionally, when you use specific products or services (including weather services and sunrise/sunset information), we may collect real- time precise or non-precise geolocation data related to your device.

Data Interaction Information: During your interactions with our services, we automatically collect relevant data access records, sent/recei ved messages, and other i nteracti on-related data.

Log Information: When engaging with our services, corresponding i nteracti on logs are retained to assist us in analyzing potential operational issues.

Auto-start and Associated Start up Description • To ensure the application can properly receive p ush notification s and broadcast messages while closed or running in the background, the auto- start capability i s requi red. The system may periodically send broadcasts to wake up the application for auto- start or as soci ated startup. This behavior is necessary for core functionality and service delivery.

• When you tap push notifications containing DOUDOU PET app content, the application will launch and display the relevant content only after obtaining your explicit consent. Without your consent, no associated startup will occur.

• When you open files downloaded through the DOUDOU PET application, third-party applications may be activated to handle these files.

Information about smart Devices • Smart device basic information: When you use smart devices connected to our products or services, we may collect basic information about smart devices, including Device name, Device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information.

• Smart Device Report Information: Depending on the different smart devices you choose to connect with our products or services, we may collect information from your smart device reports. For example, a smart scale or fitness tracker might report your height, weight, body fat content (BFM), body mass i ndex (BMI), and skeletal muscle content (SMM).

Procedure:

  • Receiving a verification code via your registered mobile number.

  • We will provide the requested copy of your personal information via email, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g., JSON, CSV, Excel files) or another common electronic form.
  • If your request is exceptionally complex or involves a large volume of information, we will notify you of any necessary extension to the processing period, within the limits permitted by law.

4) Circumstances Where Provision is Not Possible: If providing the information is restricted by laws or regulations, or if responding to your request would infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of other individuals or the public interest, we may be unable to provide part or all of the information. In such cases, we will inform you of the specific reasons.

Correcting Your Personal Information You have the right to correct or update your personal information at any time to ensure its accuracy.

Procedure:

1) Access and Edit Account Information: You can directly access and modify most of your personal information within the DOUDOU PET App via the following paths:

  • Log in to your account, enter the [Me] page, click on your avatar or account name to enter the personal profile page. On this page, you can directly modify your avatar, nickname, mobile number, email address, and account password. Changes will be saved automatically.
  • Log in to your account, enter the [Me] page, click Household Management to enter the Household Management page. On this page, you can modify household information, including the household list, household name, household Location, room management, room Devices, and household member information. Changes will be saved automatically.

2) Information Not Correctable Online: For certain information that cannot be modified directly within the App (including the account region), you can contact us using the contact details provided at the bottom of this policy (Email: support@doudoupet.ai) to submit a correction request. We will assist you in making the correction after verifying your identity. To ensure the security of your account, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receipt.

Deleting Your Personal Information You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

  • Our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations.
  • We collected or used your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent.
  • Our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.
  • You no longer use our products or services and have proactively cancelled your account.
  • We no longer provide you with products or services.

Procedure:

1) Direct Operation within the App:

  • Delete Single Smart Device Data: Enter the device control panel, click the edit button in the upper right corner, find the [Remove Device] option, select Unbind and Delete Data, and confirm to delete the data directly associated with that device. Selecting the [Device Sharing] option allows you to remove shared devices.
  • Delete Household and Room Information: Go to [Me] - [Household Management], select the corresponding household, room, or household member for editing or deletion.

2) Delete All Personal Information via Account Cancellation:

  • Account cancellation will result in the permanent deletion of all personal information, device data, usage records, etc., under that account, and this action cannot be reversed. Please proceed with caution.
  • Path: In the DOUDOU PET App, go to [Me] -> [Personal Center (Avatar Bar)] -> select [Cancel Account] on this page.
  • Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the identity verification and confirmation process. We will complete the account cancellation and delete all your personal information within 15 business days, unless otherwise stipulated by law or where information has been authorized for separate processing.

3) Submit Deletion Request by Contacting Customer Service:

  • If you are unable to complete the deletion using the methods above, or wish to delete other types of personal information, you can submit a deletion request to us via email at support@doudoupet.ai.
  • To ensure the security of your account, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receipt.

Processing of Deceased Individual 's Information We fully respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the close relatives of deceased individuals. When a Ruilitan Technology user passes away, their close relatives have the right to exercise rights such as access, correction, and deletion regarding the deceased's personal information in accordance with the law.

Basis and Scope for Exercising Rights:

As a close relative of the deceased, you may only apply to operate the relevant personal information of the deceased for your own lawful and legitimate interests (such as inquiring about smart device assets held by the deceased, unlinking the deceased from associated households, handling unfinished orders or services, etc.), unless otherwise provided by law or pre-arranged by the deceased before their passing.

Procedure:

1) Submit an Application: One or more lawful close relatives of the deceased should submit a written application to us via email at support@doudoupet.ai.

2) Prepare Supporting Documents: To protect the security of the deceased's personal information and prevent information leakage, we require you to provide the following supporting documents to verify your identity and rights:

  • Identity document of the deceased: Clear photo or scan.
  • Death certificate of the deceased: Clear photo or scan.
  • Your identity document: Clear photo or scan.
  • Proof of kinship between you and the deceased: e.g., household register, marriage certificate, birth certificate, or a valid relationship certificate issued by relevant authorities such as the public security bureau, sub-district office, or village committee.
  • "Appli cati on Form for processing Deceased Individual' s Information ": You need to download, fill out our standard application form, clearly specify the content of the information you need to access, correct, or delete, the reasons for the operation, and ensure it is signed.

3) Processing Workflow:

  • After receiving your application email, we will reply and attach the template for the "Appli cati on Form for processing Deceased Individual' s Information ".
  • Please send the fully completed Application Form along with clear photos or scans of all the aforementioned supporting documents to our designated email address.
  • We will review and process the application within 15 business days of receiving all complete and valid application materials and will notify you of the outcome via email.

Withdrawing Consent for the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Authorization You have the right to withdraw your authorization for the collection, use, and processing of personal information under this Privacy Policy at any time. After withdrawal of consent, we will cease processing the corresponding personal information and will delete or anonymize such information as required by applicable laws.

Please Note:

Your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the lawfulness of personal information processing activities based on the consent you provided before its withdrawal. After you withdraw authorization, we will no longer collect or use the corresponding personal information, but we will also be unable to continue providing you with the product functions or services that rely on that authorization.
